Inspired by the heart of the Government with in the United Kingdom, the Whitehall photo set is influenced by the murky government department build- ings and a cold winters day.
With the use of glitter as a glimmer of hope, a facial expression reflecting disbelief and innocence, ‘Whitehall’ perfectly captures the jaded conception of government power with in the UK today.
